What Makes Us Different From Others?
Anyone can put beef out on a pasture and call it grass-fed, but it takes a great deal of skill, research and management to produce a consistent, high quality product that our customers thrive to consume.
Far too often beef producers send cattle to the market that are not good quality. This means the meat will be tough, dry, tasteless, or mushy. We avoid these problems through careful management of our pastures, and hay; as well as using careful selection of cattle genetics. Additionally, each carcass is personally inspected before the meat is packaged for you. While at the meat processor, we "dry age" our meat anywhere from 10-21 days. This helps to tenderize the meat just a little more while also taking out some of the water weight. What this means is we can confidently guarantee you will enjoy our beef, or we will make it right!
